OK, we have about 5 minutes until the ABC news team will be here. I am way more nervous for this one. I am not sure if it is because it is at the house or because I am the only one they are talking to, but I am butterflying. They wanted me to get a bunch of stuff from the journey ready. It’s been awesome to back through it. I have a lot of the state park flyers and Gettysburg maps and a big map of DC. Time to do the last minute prep work.

I am typing as the TV crew is filming. They want to get me typing for the news story. Matt is shooting and Patrice is at the end of the table. We talked a lot about my trip and I showed some pictures of the trip. I cannot type the right way and it is strange to have someone shooting film over me. My old typing teacher Mrs. Agostinelli would not be happy with my index finger form.

ABC has left. I think it went pretty well. They had me sit down on the couch with the reporter across from me asking questions. I answered the best I could. We then did some shots walking on the beach, sitting on one of the stumps out by the fire, and then in front of the car.
I don’t know when it will be on, but she said sometime this week. I hope I did OK. The nerves went away once they got here.
Crazy stuff, but my parents and I are fired up about it.
