The rush of packing and trying to leave never seems to leave me. I am running behind as usual. Yesterday was filled with errands and last minute to do’s. We all have experienced the unexpected when we plan to leave. In my case, the check engine light went on in my car at about 2:00. Of course this freaked me out. I had just paid big bucks for the 30,000 mile service (5,000 miles late) last week. I called my guy at Hyundai. The light was solid, not blinking, which meant it was a sensor, and nothing major. That set me at ease, but I still set it up to bring it in. Not on the schedule. Luckily a few starts later the light went off. We’ll see what happens today.

Time to eat, load the car, and head to Baltimore. I just talked with the PR guy for the Orioles and my host John, one of his friends and I will be at tonight’s game against the Yankees. I may be interviewing one of the players. The timing is not great, but it may work.

Outta here.
